Looking at government vacancies in the center and the states will be surprised
The Parliament of India says that there are vacancies in government offices across the country but the government does not recruit. There are more than fifty thousand vacancies in government jobs.
On the other hand, in Gujarat, there is an increase of 18,000 per annum in various vacancies in various government departments, but the government is not willing to fill all vacancies. The condition of both the center and the state is similar.

According to the Parliament’s statistics, a total of 24,00,000 vacancies have been vacant in the central and states but the government operates fewer staff to reduce non-government expenditure. There is an assumption that one or two employees are recruited against 100 vacant posts while retirement is of three employees.
Most of the vacancies in government vacancies are of primary teachers. This figure goes to 9 lakhs and there is a shortage of 1.1 lakh secondary teachers. Police force is number one in the country, though there are about 5.4 lakh post vacancies in all the policemen across the country.
According to the information provided in Parliament, 4.4 lakh posts are vacant in the Civil and District Armed Forces. The State Armed Forces has vacated 90,000 posts. However, recruitment to these places is in the hands of various state governments as the law and order in the states is in the hands of state governments.
