The Government of Gujarat will get the benefit of the staff
The state government has increased the fixed pay of electric assistants operating in the power sector. Following the decision of the government, the salary of more than 7000 electric assistants will be increased in various categories. The electricity subsidy payout has been increased from Rs.2,500 to Rs 10,450 per month. The state government raised an amount of Rs 11,500 to Rs 9,000 in the first year’s annual monthly sanctioned electricity subsidy helper division. Which will now go up to Rs 14,500. The different levels and the employees working in which the benefits of the benefits will be different. But due to the government’s decision, the salary of the assistants has increased.
Earlier, during the assembly elections, the electricity subsidy fell against the government. All Akhil Gujarat Electricity Workers Union organized protests at different places, taking the increase of the fixed salary of the electricity subsidiaries.
Benefits of such employees will be available
Currently, electrical assistants perform duties in four cadres. In this, 7000 employees of Electronic Assistant, Helper, Junior Assistant, Plant Aadient (Grade-1), Junior Engineer Cadre will get this benefit.
